Magnificent location in Hermosillo, just next door to 3 different restaurants, and Downtown, the government buildings, the highway. Also, to the workplace as well as to the airport.

Wi-Fi was awful.

I truly enjoyed the amenities in the room, including the flat-screen TV with satellite channels, microwave, and fridge. the roll-in shower in my private bathroom was a great feature. - the hotel's location was excellent, being close to rural Mexico, Downtown, government buildings, the highway.

The breakfast offered lots of food and was inexpensive and great. A twin room with large bathroom, had basic facilities we needed. We loved this hotel and will be back.

Some staff members struggled with English communication, leading to difficulties for guests who are not fluent in Spanish. However, this seems to be an isolated issue, as other staff members were able to assist guests who required bilingual support.

I had a fantastic stay at this venue! It's conveniently located right off the main highway and the staff provided exceptional service. I found the room amenities to be top-notch, and the maid service was outstanding. I also appreciated the convenience of car hire and tours/ticket assistance. The leisure facilities were also great, with a lovely outdoor swimming pool and comfortable sun loungers to relax on. The dining experience was superb too, with a variety of delicious options available at the restaurant, bar/lounge, and poolside snack bar. I even got to enjoy a happy hour with some fantastic drinks!

The hotel's shuttle to the airport, along with the convenient lobby at the airport, were added bonuses. the hotel provided excellent value for the price.
